GIRLS TO WOMEN founder Carol A. Mann-Reagan saw a need and wondered what was going on with our young women, girls who came from two-parent, working families, middle-class families from nice homes, yet one young girl attempted suicide, one became a young teen mom, and I wondered something needs to be done - where is their self-esteem, and this is hitting too close to home.
